WILLIAM ROBERT " BOBBY" DAVIS, age 80, of Wartrace, Tenn., departed this life on Saturday, February 17, 2018, at Trevecca Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Nashville, following an extended illness. Mr. Davis was born in Petersburg, Tenn. on July 10, 1937, to the late Roy E. and Ellen Reed Davis.  He served in the Navy from 1955 until 1959, and worked in construction and plumbing during his adult years.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Janice; brother, Murate (Jane) Davis; sister, Donna Waldo; step-mother, Leona Davis.  He is survived by daughter, Sonya (Larry) Haley; sisters, Martha (Robert) Vannoy and Jean (Raywood) Maness; granddaughter, Sasha Cook and step-granddaughter, Jamie Lee Sullivan; nephews; Melvin, Bobby Lee, and Curtis Davis, Ben (Shelli) Vannoy; nieces, Terri Jane (Davy) Alford and Martha (Ricky) Beard; cousins, Barbara June and Robert (Jetta) Davis and many friends.

A catered fellowship lunch will be held on March 10, 2018, from 1:00 PM - 3:00 P.M. at 37 Davis Road, Wartrace, TN. All relatives and friends of Mr. Davis are invited to attend.

Graveside services will be held at a later date at Medium Cemetery in Delina, TN.
