WENDY WILKINSON, age 54, of Shelbyville, formerly of  Franklin County, Tenn., departed this life on Wednesday, March 11, 2020.   Ms. Wilkinson was born in Winchester, Tenn., on July 18, 1965 to Lila Ikard Wilkinson and the late James Henry "Bub" Wilkinson.  She was a Christian.  Ms. Wilkinson was a graduate of Franklin County High School.  She  was a former volunteer fire fighter and dearly loved horses.

She is survived by her son, James Wayne Isbell of Lynchburg, Tenn., mother, Lila Wilkinson of Winchester, sister, Kelly Bullock and husband, Jeremy of Clarksville, Tenn., niece, Mercy Bullock, nephews; Cross, Cord and Canaan Bullock, special cousin, Tiffany Ikard Potts of Decherd, Aunts; Debbie Shockley and husband, Mike of Cowan, Tenn., Linda Cobb and husband, Larry of Estill Springs.

Services are scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Friday, March 13, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services.  Visitation with the family will be held from 11:00 A.M. Friday until Service time at 1:00.  Interment will follow in the Mt. Garner Cemetery in Decherd.
