WANDA GAIL PRICE, age 43, of Winchester, Tenn., departed this life on Monday, March 18, 2024, at STRHS Winchester following an extended illness.  Miss. Price was born in Birmingham, Ala., to Connie Arlene Sparks Price and the late James Arthur Price.  She was never married and was disabled.  She enjoyed watching the cooking channels, American Idol and Gold Rush on T.V.  She was of the Baptist Faith.  Miss. Price will be remembered as a "quite soul" that was timid and didn't like being in crowds that loved her family and they loved her.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Billy Joe Ross.  She is survived by her mother, Connie Cobbs and husband, Phillip of Winchester, Tenn., Sister, Jennie McLaughlin and husband Vern of Estill Springs, Nephews; Daniel Towns of Estill Springs, Tyler Ross of Kalamazoo, Michigan, Nieces, Haley and Jenna Ross and Kattie McLaughlin, Paternal Grandmother, Wanda Cobbs, Aunt, Brenda Cobbs both of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Paternal Grandfather, Velin Cobbs of Yukon, Oklahoma and several cousins.

Services for Miss. Price will be conducted at 6:00 P.M. Thursday, March 21, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services with Bro. L.Z. Johnson, officiating.

Visitation with the family will be held from 4:00 P.M. until service time at 6:00.
