WANDA JEAN KILGORE DEAN, age 63, of Decherd, Tenn., departed this life on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, at her residence surrounded by her loving family following an extended illness.  Mrs. Dean was born in Altamont, Tenn., on July 21, 1955, to the late Paul F. Kilgore and Mable F. Scissom Kilgore.  She was last employed at Baxter Enterprises in Winchester, Tenn., in  the Shipping Department.  She enjoyed collecting dolls.  Mrs. Dean was an avid Elvis fan and loved all kinds of music.  She will be remembered as a loving and caring, wife, sister and aunt.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Dean was preceded in death by her brother, Paul E. Kilgore and sister, Henrietta Kilgore, and her beloved chihuahua, Prissy. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Billy Ray Dean of Decherd, Tenn., sisters; Katie Oliver and husband Charles of Decherd, Barbara Meeks of Gruetli-Laager, Tenn., Teresa Smith and husband, Craig of Decherd, Sherry Varma of Winchester, Jackie Kilgore, and a brother, Jeff Kilgore and wife, Tina all of Decherd. brother-in-law, Keith Dean and wife, Tina of Rogersville, Ala.

Visitation for Mrs. Dean will be held from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday evening, November 1, 2018, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services.  Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Friday evening, November 2, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services with Chaplin Jerry Stewart, officiating.

Interment will follow in Watson-North Memorial Park in Winchester.
