VOLA MAE DANIEL of Estill Springs, Tennessee passed this life on Sunday, September 27, 2026 at her residence at the age of 79. A native of Sherwood, TN, she was the daughter of the late Doc and Jessie Mae Haney Gibson.

She enjoyed making jewelry, collecting coins, sewing, cooking and studying history. Mrs. Daniel never met a stranger and enjoyed taking care of others. She also enjoyed taking care of her farm animals.

Mrs. Daniel was preceded in death by her husband, Dwight Daniel Sr; grandson, Dylan Daniel; brothers, Danny and Randy Barnes and George Gibson and sister, Judy Summers. She is survived by her daughter, Felicia Reed of Estill Springs; sons, Dennis Daniel (Sandee) of Decherd, Dwight Daniel Jr. of Estill Springs and Mike Ferguson (Deb) of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; Grandchildren, Allen Reed of Tullahoma, Dwayne Daniel of Nashville, Jessica Horton of Winchester and Kylen Daniel (fiance', Clay Rion) of Manchester and great grandchildren, Luke and Carson Reed and Jonah Horton.

Funeral Services are scheduled at 3 PM on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at Grant Funeral Services, LLC with burial to follow at Watson Memorial Park in Winchester. The family will receive friends from 1PM until the service time.
