VICKIE ANN BAKER WOODS, age 73, of Manchester, Tenn., departed this life on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at Unity Medical Center in Manchester, Tenn., following a brief illness.  Ms. Woods was born in East Prairie, Missouri on March 17, 1950, to the late, John William Baker and Henrietta Vivian Widows Baker.  She was of the Baptist Faith.  Ms. Woods managed several different convenience stores during her working years and was last employed for approximately 15 years by the Circle K chain of convenience stores before becoming disabled.  Her favorite place was working in her flowers and her yard. She enjoyed going to yard sales, playing on her computer and in the past year watching her favorite shows on T.V.  Her favorite place to go was to Red Lobster with "her girls" a memory her granddaughters will always cherish.  She will be remembered for being the family "caregiver" and most of all being a "loving Nanny".  She will be greatly missed by her loving family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Dale Woods, Sr., sisters, Patty Baker and Margaret Prince, sons, Larry Woods, Jr. and Mark Woods.

She is survived by her daughter, Terri Sons and husband, Jimmy of Manchester, grandchildren; Tera Sons, Lena Woods, Courtney Woods, Andrew Woods and great-grandchildren, Bryson Liles and Brodie Lightfoot all of Manchester.
