TRULA LUCILLE RIDENOUR FULKERSON, age 97, of Winchester, Tenn., departed this life on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at her residence following an extended illness.  She was born in LaFollette, Tenn., on May 21, 1926, to the late Oscar Lee Ridenour and Callie Myrtle Ridenour.  She was a member of the Winchester First Baptist Church.  She was the owner operator of the former Gingham Inn in Decherd for approximately 20 years.  She loved to bake pies and cook and would bake pies for Grants #2 after closing the Gingham Inn.  She loved to read and sew and work in her flowers before her declining health wouldn't allow her to.  She will be remembered as a mother and grandmother that loved to cook for her family and community.  She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dave Fulkerson, son, Joe Fulkerson, daughter and son-in-law, Mike and Becky Rampy.  She is survived by her daughter, Margaret Knight of Winchester, Grandsons; Ryan Rampy and wife, Elysia of Tullahoma, John Michael Rampy and Irma of Gallatin and Jase Rampy and Abbie of Winchester, Granddaughter, Lauren Bailey and husband, Cameron of Winchester and great-grandchildren; Beckett Rampy and Caroline Bailey.

She will be laid to rest on Thursday, July 13, beside her late husband, Dave at Woodlawn Cemetery in LaFollette, Tenn.
