TROY EDDIE HILL, age 56, of Hillsboro, Tenn., departed this life unexpectedly on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at his residence.  Mr. Hill was born in Winchester, Tenn. on August 23, 1966.  He traveled the country as a truck driver for over 30 years.  He was an avid Nascar Fan and spent many years going to races at the Talledega Super Speedway.  He enjoyed watching football and listening to Country Music.  Mr. Hill was a kind and loving person.  He "wore his heart on his sleeve" and was a friend to everyone he met.  He will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him.

Mr. Hill was preceded in death by his father, Charlie E. Hill and step-mother Mary Hill, Paternal Grandparents; Marvin and Ethel Hill and Maternal Grandparents; Charlie and Lydia Mae Martin.

He is survived by his mother, Jean Smith and Step-father, Herschel Smith of Cowan.  Brothers; Travis Smith and wife, Brittney of Winchester, Chad Hill of Hillsboro, Tenn., and Jason Alford also of Hillsboro.  Step-mother, Debbie Hill of Hillsboro.  Nieces; Harley Smith and Paige Oakes and husband, Justin and great-nephew Mason Oakes.  Several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends.

Services for Mr. Hill will be conducted on Monday, December 26, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services with Bro. L.Z. Johnson, officiating.

Visitation with the family will be held from 11:00 A.M. until service time at 2:00 prior to the service on Monday in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services.
