TOBY SHINJI KAI RUSSELL, age 2 months, was called by the Lord, to be an angel on Thursday, August 27, 2020. Toby was born on June 20, 2020 at STRHS Winchester to his parents, Katona Cierra Probst Russell and Richard Scott Russell.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his big brother, Michael Russell, Paternal grandparents, Scott and Ronda Russell of Estill Springs, maternal great-grandparents, Richard and Pat Miller of Estill Springs and paternal great-grandparents, Jim and Joy Russell also of Estill Springs.

A Private family Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
