SHELIA DIANNE TIPPS JACOBS, age 67, of Winchester, Tenn., departed this life at her residence on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, following an extended illness.  Ms. Jacobs was born in Winchester, Tenn., to Lela Mae Prince Tipps and the late Wiley Lindsay Tipps On May 5, 1955.  She was a 1972 graduate of Franklin County High School.  She was a Licensed Realtor and was employed for several years by Sally Davis Realty and John Smith, Jr. Realty Companies before becoming disabled. She enjoyed traveling, working in her flower garden and nature.  She also enjoyed spending time with her family and will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her children; Eric Smith and wife, Melanie, Elijah Smith and wife, Shaleigh, Erica Crawford and husband, Derrick, Elisha Smith all of Belvidere and Grace Syler of Estill Springs. Mother, Lela Tipps of Winchester, 6-grandchildren,  3-sisters; Sherry Johnson, Shermaine Berry and Richetta Jacks all of Winchester.

It was Ms. Jacobs wishes that she be cremated and no services are scheduled at this time.
