ROBERT POWELL, age 77, of Belvidere, Tenn., departed this life on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at his residence following and extended illness. Mr. Powell was born in Winchester, Tenn., on June 13, 1944, to the late John Davis Powell and Damie Hill Powell. He was of the Nazarene Faith.   Mr. Powell was a Licensed Electrician for approximately 55 years.  His hobbies were woodworking and fishing.  He enjoyed spending time with his children and his grandchildren that affectionately called him "Pap".  He would willingly give the "shirt off of his back to help someone".  He will be remembered for his amazing story telling abilities and missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Powell of Belvidere, Sons; Robert Powell, Jr. and wife, Kathleen of Tullahoma, Tenn., Ricky Powell and wife, Bandie of Flintville, Tenn., 3-Grandchildren; Robert Brent Powell, Tori Powell and Cara Galloway and 3-great-grandchildren, Brother; Clayton Powell of Huntland, Sisters; Helen Wilkerson of Estill Springs and Carolyn Grist of McMinnville, Tenn.

Services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, September 12, 2021, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services with Pastor Robert Reed, officiating.

Visitation with the family will begin at 12:00 Noon until service time at 2:00 on Sunday.

Interment will follow services in the Maxwell Cemetery in Belvidere.
