RICKY ALLEN PANTER, age 59, of Winchester, Tenn., departed this life on Monday, May 14, 2018, unexpectedly at his residence.  He was born in Hazel Crest, Ill. on June 4, 1958, to the late James Pink Panter and Shirley Jean Scharber Panter.  He is a veteran of the United States Air Force.  Mr. Panter was a Licensed Cosmetologist for approximately 25 years in Florida and then practicing here when he returned to Franklin County. He was last employed at the Waffle House in Winchester. Mr. Panter's  favorite hobby was hiking. He was a member of the Coffee County Mineral Society.

He is survived by his sisters': Pam Panter of Winchester; Cathy Stovall and husband, Joe of Cowan, Special Pet "TOOTS", Several Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation for Mr. Panter will be held from 4:00-6:00 P.M. Saturday, May 19, 2018, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services.  A Celebration of Mr. Panter's life will be held following the visitation at 6:00 on Saturday.
