RANDY JUANELL MILLER, age 50, departed this life on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at his residence. He was born in Winchester, Tenn., to the late Rabb Varnell Miller and wife, Betty Jean Stephens Miller On March 2, 1966.  Mr. Miller was disabled. He was a loving father and grandfather that enjoyed spending his time with his grandchildren.

Mr. Miller is preceded in death by his brothers Doyle Miller, Teddy Miller, and sister Shelia Hannah. He is survived by his daughters; Elisha Miller,  Kimberly Miller, son Toby and wife Payton Miller all of Winchester, and Grandchildren; Tristan Clark, Haylee Clark, Scarlett Miller, and Trenton Miller.

Visitation for Mr. Miller will be held at 12:00 P.M. until service time at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 2, 2017 in the chapel of Grant Funeral Services. Interment will follow in the Keith Springs Cemetery.
