PORTIA RENEE DUNCAN, age 53, of Estill Springs, Tenn., departed this life suddenly on February 2, 2023.  She was born in Winchester, Tenn., on June 9, 1969, to the late James Edward Duncan and Anna Faye Finney Duncan.  Ms. Duncan was of the Nazarene faith and last attended Westside Church of The Nazarene in Tullahoma, Tenn.  Before becoming disabled, she was employed at Tyson in Shelbyville, for several years, then Tucker's Market in Estill Springs before working at Wal-mart as a sales associate in Winchester.  Her interests were gardening, taking pictures, watching movies and taking care of her pets. She was a very cheerful and caring person.  Her smile will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.

She is survived by her brother, Kevin Duncan and wife, Toye of Tullahoma, Step-mother, Janyce Duncan also of Tullahoma, her significant other, Jerry Anderton of Estill Springs, Aunts; Lynn Robinson of Tullahoma, Glynda Hopkins and husband, Wayne of Estill Springs, Doris Tankersley of Tullahoma, Cousins; Lori Lynn, Glenn Finney both of Decherd, Tammy Teeter and husband, Ron, of Tullahoma,  Anita Duncan Vanzant of Winchester, and Mike Tankersley of Tullahoma. Last but not least, her beloved dog, King.

Visitation for Ms. Duncan will be held from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 P.M. Monday, February 6, 2023, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services.  Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday following visitation.

Interment will follow in the New Brick Cemetery in Estill Springs where she will be laid to rest beside her beloved mother, Anna.
