PATRICIA "PATSY" ANITA PARTON, age 70, of Manchester, Tenn., departed this life on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at Tristar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, following an extended illness.  Ms. Parton was born in Tullahoma, Tenn., on August 18, 1950, to the late James David Long and Dorothy Redfern Long.  She was employed for approximately 10 years as a seamstress at Tennessee Apparel in Tullahoma.  She was last employed at Eagle Display before retiring.  Ms. Parton was a Loving and devoted caregiver to her parents during their last years.  She was known for her poetry. Her favorite pastime that she enjoyed was writing poetry. She also enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be remembered as a loving and caring mother and sister.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J.A. Parton.  She is survived by her son, James Brent Miller of Manchester,  sisters; Kathy Womack and husband, Dennis of Pelham, Tenn., and Amy Hutchins of Tullahoma, Tenn., Nieces; Brandy Weddington of Goldsboro, N.C., and Amber Hutchins of Nashville, one nephew, Shiloh Myers of Winchester, Tenn.
