NELLY BIANCA RIOS QUARLES, age 81, of Winchester, Tenn.,  formerly of Murfreesboro, Tenn., departed this life on Sunday, November 24, 2019, at The Waters of Winchester, LLC following an extended illness.  She was born in Bueonos Aires, Argentina on March 16, 1938 to the late Hilario Rios and Angelina Garcia Rios.  She was of the Catholic Faith.  Ms. Quarles met and married her husband when he was there on business as an Industrial Electrical Engineer.  They moved to Texas and lived there until their children started school and they relocated to Murfreesboro, Tenn.,  She was employed for many years at Murfreesboro Veterans Hospital as an activities coordinator.  She retired from Nissan in Murfreesboro where she was employed as a custodian.  She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother.

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her brothers; Roberta Rios and Hector Rios.  She is survived by her son, Joseph Quarles, Jr. of Murfreesboro, daughter, Christie Scott of Smyrna, Grandchildren; Ashley Gentry of Bell Buckle, Joseph Aaron (Melissa) Quarles of Murfreesboro, Leah Jane Scott and Dylan Scott Madden both of Smyrna.
