MIRANDA ROSE JACKS TOLENTINO, age 40, of Winchester, Tennessee, departed this life on August 13, 2022, at Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tenn., following a brief illness. Ms. Tolentino was born in Winchester, Tenn., on August 30, 1981, to Sharion Duke and the late H.C. Jacks. Ms. Tolentino was disabled. Before becoming disabled she was employed as a cashier at several retail stores. She enjoyed doing artwork, cooking and grilling, boating, fishing, and camping with her children. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her family, and clowning around with her daughters. Ms. Tolentino will be remembered as a devoted mother, daughter, and sister. She will be dearly missed by her family, and all that knew her.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband; Apolonio (Apolo) Tolentino. She is survived by her five children; Brittany Baker and husband Logan of Manchester, Tenn., Donald Newton of Winchester, Tenn., Seirra Tolentino of Winchester, Tenn., Maria Tolentino of Winchester, Tenn., and Samantha Tolentino of Winchester, Tenn. She is also survived by her Mother and Step-Father; Sharion and Mark Gentile of Winchester, Tenn., Sister; Felicia and husband Johnny Kerr of Belvidere, Tenn., Brother; Ernest Jacks of Winchester, Tenn., and her Aunt; Teresa Brewer of Winchester, Tenn.

A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, August 19, 2022, at Maplewood Cemetery in Tullahoma, Tennessee.
