MELISSA SHANNON PARTIN COKER age 47, of Estill Springs, TN, departed this life suddenly at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems Winchester on Friday, April 20, 2018. Ms. Coker was born in Schiller Park, Ill. on August 24, 1970, to the late Walter Eddie Partin and Judy Ann Robbins Partin.  She was a member of the Decherd Nazarene Church.  She was employed for several years as a fork lift operator at Baxter Corp. in Winchester.  Ms. Coker was a loving grandmother and caregiver for her grandchildren; Carolos and Destiny.  She will be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Coker was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Coker on February 17, of this year.  She is survived by her her children; Felicia Coker of Estill Springs, Jessie Coker of Memphis, Granchildren;  Carlos, Destiny, Kensley and Dyllon Coker, brothers; Mike Partin of Smyrna, Georgia and Randy Partin of Locus Grove, Georgia.

Visitation for Ms. Coker will be held from 1:00 - 3:00 P.M. Monday, April 23, 2018, with services to follow at 3:00, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services with Bro. Brian Nave, officiating.

Interment will follow in the Cowan Montgomery Cemetery beside her beloved husband, Kenneth.
