MARY GRACE KIRK BUSSEY, age 85, of Winchester, Tenn., departed this life on Saturday, June 11, 2022, following an extended illness.  Ms. Bussey was born on February 13, 1937, in Hollywood, Ala., to the late William Oscar Kirk and Jennie Rogers Kirk.  She was of the Baptist Faith. Ms. Bussey grew up in Winchester, Tenn.  She married and moved to Florida where she operated her own Beauty Shop for approximately 35 years.  She then relocated to Lockport, Ill. in 1974.  She lived there until returning to Winchester in 1983.  Her hobbies were quilting, fishing, crocheting, reading and gardening.  She loved life, having fun and being with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands; James Stephens, Jr. and Walter B. Bussey, sister, Lois Gurien and brothers; William and Jessie Kirk.  She is survived by her daughter, Jennie Bush (Wayne Sanders), sons; James Stephens and wife, Rita, William Stephens and wife Connee all of Estill Springs, Tenn., Stephanie Bussey and husband John Ritter of The Villages, FLA, Walter (Trip) Bussey of Atlanta, GA. Grandchildren; Charlie, Steven, Timmy, James Roger Stephens of Wincheter, TN, Charmion Prince (Adam Jones) New Johnsonville, TN, and Brandie Overcast and husband Dave of Winchester, TN, Andrew Stephens of Winchester, TN, Jacob Stephens of Joliet, IL.  Great-grandchildren: Jeffry, Toby, Cody Prince of Howell, MI, Nicholas Overcast of Winchester, Tenn. Sisters; Sue Kelley and husband, Aubrey, Jerrine Graham, Ann Graves and husband, Betford all of Winchester, Tenn., James Kirk and wife, Mary of Shreveport, La.

Services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 14, 2022 in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services.  Visitation with the family will be held from 12:00 P.M. Tuesday until the service time.  Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens.
