MARCUS TATE WALLACE, age 65, of Winchester, Tenn., departed this life on Sunday, May 15, 2022, at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tenn. Mr. Wallace was born in Scottsboro, Ala. to the late Jeff David Wallace and Mary Eunice Wynn Wallace on September 18, 1956. He was a faithful Christian, hard worker, and a jack of all trades. Mr. Wallace started his own business in 1984.  He invented several machines, some of which were patented. He was a unique individual with a wonderful sense of humor. He loved to help people, always giving of himself. He was known for his talent for cooking delicious food. His favorite hobbies were fishing, hunting, and camping in his bus. He was a caring and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Cathy Wallace of Winchester, Sons; Jeff Wallace and wife, Jennifer of Tullahoma, Daniel Wallace and wife, Erin of Winchester, Daughters; Casey Stoltzfus and husband, Phillip of Winchester, Melia Davis and husband, Adam of Winchester. Sisters; Mary Stone and husband, Gerald of Murfreesboro, Tenn., Margaret Keys and husband, Gary of Kingsport, Tenn., Jennie Stray and husband, Jim of Landrum, Sc., Patty Pope and husband Allen of Murfreesboro, Elaine Jolly and husband, Jeff of Gordonsville, Tenn. Grandchildren; Luke Wallace, Madison Davis, Jade Stoltzfus, Eli Wallace, Bailey Davis, Ava Stoltzfus, Amos Stoltzfus, Charlotte Wallace and soon to be Baby Davis. Several Nieces and Nephews.

Services for Mr. Wallace will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, May 19, at the Marble Plains Baptist church in Winchester with Bro. Jack Hice, officiating. Visitation with the family will be held from 11:00 A.M. until service time at 1:00 at the Church.

Private family Interment will follow services in the Marble Plains Church Cemetery.
