LUCILLE ELIZABETH GROGAN, age 84, of Estill Springs, Tenn., departed this life at her residence on Friday, July 10, 2020, following a brief illness.  Ms. Grogan was born in Baltimore, Maryland.   She was first a homemaker, then a cook at her children's school.  She then obtained her Real Estate License and became an Agent for Long and Foster in Baltimore for several years.  She then left real estate and started flipping houses.  She then was employed at a drug store as a secretary.  She and her late husband, Paul Grogan decided to relocate to Estill Springs in 1996, upon his retirement.

She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Camden of North Carolina, sons;  Robert Phillips, Hamstead, Maryland, Samuel "Eddie" Phillips of Walkersville, Maryland, and Ronnie Phillips of Estill Springs, Tenn., and 9-grandchildren.

It was Ms. Grogan's wishes that she be cremated and no services are scheduled.
