JUDY PINKLETON POWELL, age 66, departed this life on Thursday, February 4, 2021, at STRHS Winchester following an extended illness.  Mrs. Powell was born in Columbia, Tenn., on June 7, 1954, to the late James Pinkleton and Gladys Hickman Pinkleton.  Mrs. Powell was a member of the Estill Springs Methodist Church. She was a 1972 graduate of Franklin County High School.  Mrs. Powell was employed for a few years at the Herald-Chronicle as a graphic designer.  She left their employment and was employed at A.E.D.C. Arnold Air Force base for approximately 20 years as a graphic designer. Mrs. Powell was an active member of the Estill Springs Lions Club.  She enjoyed cross stitching and sewing when she was younger.  She was an avid purse collector.  Mrs. Powell will be remembered as a loving and caring wife, sister, mother and grandmother that dearly loved her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Doug Powell of Estill Springs, son, Andrew Bull of Murfreesboro, Daughter, Wendy Brockman and husband, David of Clarksville, Tenn., brothers; Bob Pinkleton and wife, Drenda of Rogers, Arkansas and David Pinkleton and wife, Karen of Huntsville, Ala., 8-grandchildren; Drew, Caleb, Christopher, and Isaac Bull, Hannah, Sadie, Jacob and Joshua Brockman, several nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Mrs. Powell will be held from 5:00-8:00 P.M. Monday evening, February 8, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services.

Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Tuesday evening in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services with Rev. Robert Webster, officiating.

Interment will follow in the Watson-North Memorial Park in Winchester.

Due to the Covid Pandemic Masks are required to attend visitation and services.
