JUDY ANN PARSONS MAGOUIRK, age 75, of Huntland, Tenn., departed this life on Friday, February 24, 2017, at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville following an extended illness.  Ms. Magouirk was born in Sommerset, Pennsylvania on October 9, 1941 to the late Frank Parsons and Margaret Jurica Parsons Oblak.  Ms. Magouirk was of the Catholic faith.  She dearly loved her grandchildren and they were the focus of her life.  Her hobbies were Huntland Hornets ballgames and watching channel 5.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Huntland sports will not be same without Ms. Judy to cheer them on.

In addition to her parents Ms. Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Magouirk, and step-father, Bill Oblak.  She is survived by her daughters, Tanis Beck and husband, Michael of Madison, Tenn., Debbie Clark and husband, Duran of Belvidere, Dan Magouirk and wife, Misty of Belvidere, Tommy Magouirk and wife, Chasity of Winchester, 7-grandchildren; Melena Beck, Trevor Magouirk (Clark), Craig Magouirk, Colton Magouirk, Cole Isbell, Cierra Magouirk and  T.J. Magouirk.  Brother, Frank Parsons and wife, Barb of Euclid, Ohio.  Special friend, Doug Brewer of Belvidere, Tenn. and her beloved pet, Gizmo.

Visitation for Ms. Magouirk will be held from 1:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. on Monday, February 27, 2017, at the Huntland First Baptist Church.  Services are scheduled for 3:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 28, 2017, at Huntland First Baptist Church with Bro. Joe Plunkett, officiating.  Interment will follow in the Moore Memorial Cemetery in Huntland, where she will be laid to rest beside her beloved Ray.

The family requests that friends attending Ms. Judy's visitation wear their Huntland Hornets shirts in her honor.
