JOY LEE ROBBINS RUSSELL, age 70, of Estill Springs, Tenn., departed this life on Thursday, March 31, 2022, at Vanderbilt Tullahoma Harton Hospital in Tullahoma, Tenn. Mrs. Russell was born in Oneida, Tenn., on April 11, 1951, to the late Leland and Lucy Robbins. Mrs. Russell was a Christian woman who was Baptized as Church of Christ, and then later attended Church as a Baptist.  Mrs. Russell was married to her Husband, Jim, for 51 years. She went to college and became an LPN, and loved that she could help others through nursing. Mrs. Russell enjoyed traveling, scrapbooking, quilting, and ceramics. She will be remembered as a kind and loving woman.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Russell is preceded in death by her Great-Grandson; Toby Russell, and her Brother; Leland Lester Robbins Jr.

Mrs. Russell is survived by her beloved Husband; Jim Russell, Son; Scott and wife Ronda Russell, Sister; Jeanie Burris, Grandsons; Phillip Russell, Patrick Russell, and Richard Russell, and Great-Gransons; Gabriel and Michael Russell.

It was Mrs. Russell's wishes that she be cremated. No services are scheduled at this time.
