JOSEPH LEE FULKERSON, age 61, of Winchester, Tenn., departed this life at his residence on Saturday, October 17, 2020, following an extended illness.  Mr. Fulkerson, was born in Lafollette, Tenn., to Trula Ridenour Fulkerson and the late David Howard Fulkerson on August 2, 1959.  Mr. Fulkerson was a member of the Winchester First Baptist Church.  He was disabled.  Mr. Fulkerson graduated from Franklin County High School in 1977, he then attended Tennessee Tech in Cookeville, Tenn., He then attended Y-12 National Security Complex at Oak Ridge, Tenn. Before becoming disabled Mr. Fulkerson was employed in Customer Service for a Respiratory Home Health Company and was last employed as Manager of the Huntland Shop-Rite Grocery.  He loved helping people and was known to take in any stray animal in the neighborhood.  He will be remembered as a loving and devoted son, brother, uncle and friend.

In addition to his father, Mr. Fulkerson was preceded in death by his sister, Rebecca Rampy and brother-in-law, Mike Rampy.  He is survived by his mother, Trula Fulkerson, sister, Margaret Knight and husband, Andy all of Winchester, 1-Niece Lauren Bailey of Winchester, and 3-Nephews; Ryan Rampy and wife, Elysia of Tullahoma, John Michael Rampy of Cookeville and Jason Rampy of Winchester and a special friend, Jackie Gilliam of Winchester.

It was Mr. Fulkerson's request there be no services.
