JOHN YEARGIN WHALEY, age 51, of Estill Springs, Tenn., departed this life suddenly on Sunday, June 12, 2022.  Mr. Whaley was born in Tullahoma, Tenn., to Bobby Joe Whaley and the late Johnnie Lula Demarest Whaley on March 25, 1971.  He was of the Church of Christ Faith.  Mr. Whaley was a commercial and residential carpenter by trade.  His hobbies were hunting and music.

Mr. Whaley is survived by his Grandmother, Azalee Whaley of Tullahoma, Father, Bob Whaley also of Tullahoma, Tenn., Sister, Melissa Whaley-Phillips and husband, Greg of Estill Springs, Son, Chayton Colt Whaley of Chattanooga, Tenn., Daughter, Cadence Dawson and husband, Rusty of Cowan.

Services will be conducted at 5:30 P.M. Tuesday, June 14, 2022 in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services.  Visitation with the family will be held from 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, until service time.

Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Estill Springs, Tennessee.
