JOAN DELLE WEBB COHEN, age 71, of Estill Springs, Tenn., departed this life on January 30, 2017, at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital, in Nashville, Tenn., following an extended illness.  Ms. Cohen was born on July 27, 1945 in Estill Springs, Tenn., to the late Louis Franklin Webb and Oma Hill Webb.  She was a member of the Riva Lake Baptist Church in Winchester. She loved all kinds of music.  She was very involved in the prayer chain at her Church.  She also loved to bake and give to others.  She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents Ms. Cohen was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Cohen and great-granddaughter, Carter Eugenia Curtis.  She is survived by her daughter, Tabatha Curtis and husband, Darren of Estill Springs, granddaughter, Devin Curtis and husband, Justin of Decherd, great-granddaughter, Anna Kathryn Curtis and brother, James Louis Webb and wife, Dorrelene of Maryville, Tenn., several nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Ms. Cohen is scheduled for Wednesday evening, February 1, 2017, in the chapel of Grant Funeral Services.  Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, February 2, 2017, in the chapel of Grant Funeral Services.  Interment will follow in the Franklin Memorial Gardens in Winchester.
