Jessie Jeane (Slatt) Patton, age 96, of Cowan, TN, departed this life on Friday, March 18, 2022, at STRHS Winchester. She was born January 11, 1926 in Provident, Ohio, a daughter of the late Michael Slatt Sr. and Mary (Tomich) Slatt. Jeane was of the Methodist Faith. She loved nature and all animals and was an avid supporter of Animal Harbor in Winchester. She enjoyed the wildlife at her home and landscaped it to attract the birds, butterflies, bees, and animals for her enjoyment. Her garden was certified by the National Wildlife Federation of America. Jeane was also a phenomenal seamstress and interior designer. She was a lovely person inside and out.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, William Reid Patton and one brother, Eugene Slatt.

Surviving are one daughter, Linda Patton of Santa Fe, New Mexico, one brother, Michael Slatt Jr. and his wife, Joyce of St. Clairsville, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.

A private Graveside Service has been conducted.
