NECIA JEAN BRENTS GUNN, age 83, of Huntland, Tenn., departed this life on Monday, June 7, 2021, at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, Ala. following a brief illness.  Ms. Gunn was born in Madison, Ala., on March 29, 1938, to the late Charlie Brents and Goldie Mae Bachuss Brents.  Ms. Gunn was retired from the former Armstrong E&B Carpet Mills in Winchester, Tenn., as a Warping Leader for many years. She was a member of the Walnut Grove Methodist Church and later attended the Huntland Methodist Church.  She loved working in her flowers and in her yard. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Gunn was preceded in death by her 3-husbands; Ralph Arnold, John Zimmerman and Wilburn Gunn, brother, John Brents and daughter, Debbie Arnold Stephens Sutherland.

She is survived by her sisters; Bea Henry of Decherd, Tenn., Marie(Sherman) Pruitt of Iuka, Miss., grandson, Brian Stephens, 3-great-grandchildren; Rebecca, Katelyn and Jacob and 3-great-great-grandchildren all of Winchester.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, June 11, 2021, at Walnut Grove Methodist Church Cemetery.
