JAMES LEON PERRY, age 87, of Winchester, Tenn., departed this life on August 8, 2020, at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Perry was born in Winchester, Tenn. to the late Granville David Perry, Sr., and Carrie Ann Finch Perry.  After completing his education he joined the U.S. Army and served his country during the Korean War.  He was a member of the Winchester First United Methodist Church.  Mr. Perry was employed for many years in R.V. Sales in Indiana.  Mr. Perry was an avid golfer. He will be remembered as a loving and caring husband, brother and uncle.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Perry was preceded in death by his brothers; Granville David Perry, Jr., Charles L. Perry and Wallace Edward "Buddy" Perry.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Ethel Perry, sisters; Brenda Hawkersmith of Winchester, Bonnie Buckley of Winchester and Regina Holliday of Grown Point, Ill.
