JAMES BRIAN HARPER, age 61, of Estill Springs, Tennessee departed this life suddenly on Friday, February 21, 2020, at his residence.  Mr. Harper was born in Birmingham, Ala., to the late James David Harper and Shirley Glyn Miller Harper on February 3, 1959.  He was disabled.  One of Mr. Harper's hobbies was reading.

Mr. Harper is survived by his two brothers; Glenn Harper of Estill Springs and Dennis Harper of Murfreesboro, Tenn., one niece, Cheisleigh Alonso of Winchester.
