HARLEY DAVID DASSOW, age 41, of McMinnville, Tenn., formerly of Medford, Wisconsin, departed this life suddenly on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tenn. Mr. Dassow was born in Medford, WI, on August 12, 1980, to Daniel and Barbara Dassow. He was of the Lutheran faith. Mr. Dassow has always had an ear for music, and could play practically anything he picked up, and in his early 20's even played guitar in several Metal bands. In 2010, he relocated from Medford, WI, to McMinnville, Tenn., where he and his Wife, Maggie, settled down. Mr. Dassow was the Owner and Operator of Supernova Tattooing and Spartan Tattoo shops for approximately 20 years. He had many hobbies and enjoyed playing guitar, fishing, riding Harley's, and drawing. He loved being goofy and making people laugh, and would tell stories to do just that. Despite what one might assume, you could often find Harley in the garden trimming roses and tending to the Queen's Lace. He had a kind and gentle soul that was reflected in everyone and everything around him, from friends to animals. People were drawn to his bigger than life personality, and will miss him beyond words.

Mr. Dassow is preceded in death by his Grandmother; Louella Dassow, Maternal Grandparents; Joyce and Herb Hallstrand, and Cousins; Scott Smetak and Benny Trent.

Mr. Dassow is survived by his loving Wife; Maggie Dassow of McMinnville, Tenn., Mother; Barbara Dassow of McMinnville, Tenn., Father; Daniel Dassow of Medford, WI, Step-Son; Collin Cole, Children; Nova and Elliott Dassow of McMinnville, Tenn., and Grandfather; Arnold H. Dassow of Medford, WI. Several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews also survive him.

It was Mr. Dassow's wishes that he be cremated. In August, a Celebration of Life will be held in Wisconsin.
