ANNA FAYE FINNEY DUNCAN, age 70, of Tullahoma, Tenn., formerly of Franklin County, departed this life suddenly on Tuesday, December 10, 2019, at Tennova Healthcare in Tullahoma.  Ms. Duncan was born in Winchester, Tenn., to the late Virgil "Hoss" Finney and Lucy Walls Finney on November 6, 1949.  She was of the Nazarene faith.  Ms. Duncan was employed many years as a sitter with the elderly.  She retired from Tullahoma Life Care Center where she was employed for approximately 15 years as a CNA.  She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Duncan was preceded in death by a brother, Sammie Finney.  She is survived by her daughter, Portia Duncan of Estill Springs, son, Kevin Duncan (Toye Ray), of Tullahoma, sister, Lynn Robinson of Tullahoma, niece, Lori Finney Lynn and nephew Glenn Finney both of Decherd.

Visitation for Ms. Duncan will be held from 12:00 noon until 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 14, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services.  Services will follow at 2:00 P.M. with Bro. William Walls, officiating.  Interment will follow in the New Brick Church Cemetery in Estill Springs.
