DOROTHY MAE WIMBERLEY HILL, age 88, of Hammond, Ind., formerly of Estill Springs, Tenn., departed this life on Sunday, August 25, 2024, at the home of her daughter, following a brief illness. Funeral Services are scheduled at 1 PM on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at Grant Funeral Services with burial to follow at New Brick Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 11 AM until the service time.

Mrs. Hill, a native of Coffee County, TN, was the daughter of the late Willis and Lessie Mae Wimberly.  She attended the New Brick Church of Christ and enjoyed listening to gospel music, attending church, watching game shows on TV and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also love "to clean".

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Robert Hill and two sisters, Mary Virginia Brown and Sarah Ruth Cook.

Mrs. Hill is survived by a daughter, Diana Lynn Hill Reillo of Hammond, IN; sons, Benjamin Robert Hill and his wife, Rebecca of Estill Springs and Mark Evon Hill of Tullahoma; brother, Willis Wimberly Jr and his wife, Jessie Mae of Hillsboro; sister, Martha Alice Miller of Estill Springs; grandchildren, Felix Reillo III of Hammond, IN, Katrina Reillo of E. Chicago, IL, Jessica Hill Reed and her husband, Johnny of Tullahoma and Brian Hill and his wife, Leah of Estill Springs; step grandchildren, Rebekah, James and Aaron Buchanon and great grandchildren, Caiden, Ava, Olivia, Natasha, Jonathon, Kynady, Keagan and George Walker.
