DONALD DALE SELLS, age 69, of Winchester, Tenn., departed this life on Monday, May 16, 2022, at St. Thomas Rutherford hospital in Murfreesboro, Tenn., following an extended illness.  Mr. Sells was born in Winchester, Tenn., on June 30, 1952, to the late Lonnie Sells and Eloise Farris Sells.  He was of the Baptist Faith. Mr. Sells was a member of the FCHS Class of 1971.  After his graduation he attended Motlow State Community College. Mr. Sells was then a truck driver for many years with Reinhart and Colonial Trucking Companies before becoming a self-employed truck driver.  Upon his retirement from Trucking he became a full time farmer.  He always loved working with his horses and other animals on the farm. Mr. Sells always tried to make people feel good, he never met a stranger and enjoyed telling his "truck driving stories" to anyone that would listen.  He especially loved to spend time with his grandson, Mason.  Donald will be remembered as a "larger than life" friend.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Sells was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Sells and daughter, Kerri Sells.  He is survived by his sister, Felicia Sells (Sonny Campbell) of Winchester, Tenn., daughter, Leslie Seemann and husband, Devon of Manteno, Illinois, Grandson, Mason Seemann, Niece, Laken Neeld and husband, Wells of Jackson, Miss., step-daughter, Nickie Smith of Peotone, Ill., Several Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

Visitation for Mr. Sells is scheduled to be held from 5:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday evening in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services.

Services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Friday, May 20, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services with Bro. Mike Robertson, officiating.

Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Gardens in Winchester.
