DETA CAROL WATTS of Winchester passed this life on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at her residence at the age of 57 years. A native of Winchester, she was the daughter of the late Polk Kenneth and Bobbie Jean Finney Walls. Mrs. Watts enjoyed spending time with her great nephew, Brayton Stephens and her special friend, Donnie Gibbs. She and Donnie, would go riding around to visit friends. She also had a special bond with her dog, Susie.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Walls. She is survived by her daughter, Tia Morrison and her husband, Alex of Tullahoma; sisters, Gail Tucker and Debbie Taylor and her husband, Troy, both of Winchester; brother, Kenneth Randall Walls of Decherd; special niece, Demetria Stephens of Decherd; special great nephew, Brayton Stephens; special friend, Donnie Gibbs and her beloved dog, Susie.

Funeral Services are scheduled for Monday, June 1, 2026 at Grant Funeral Services, LLC at 2 PM. The family will receive friends from 12 PM until the service time.
