CHRISTOPHER ALLEN MAY, age 61, of Winchester, Tenn., departed this life suddenly on Thursday, April 14, 2022, from injuries he sustained in an automobile accident. He was born in Tampa, Fla. to the late Christine Elizabeth Corbitt May and Larry Ernest May on September 6, 1960.  He was of the Baptist Faith.  Mr. May was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.  After his retirement from the Navy he was employed for several years as a welder at Tech Tank in Winchester. Mr. May's favorite past times were fishing and nature.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Debra May.  He is survived by his daughter, Kristin May, of Winchester, Tenn. Step-son, Shay Williams of Macon Ga., Sisters; Dianna McFall and Belinda Forbes both of Abilene, Texas. Brothers; Greg May and wife, Daphne of Tullahoma, Tenn., Ray Beard of Manchester, Tenn., Rollie Beard and wife, Christy of Guntersville, Ala., Joseph C. Hall and Ernest W. May both of Tullahoma, Tenn., 3-step-grandchildren and 1-step-great-grandchild.

It was Mr. May's wishes that he be cremated.  A private family service will be held at a later date.
