WILLIAM CALVIN "OUTLAW" HOOVER, age 50, of Elora, Tenn., departed this life on Monday, October 8, 2018, at Southern TN Regional Health Systems in Winchester following an extended illness.  Mr. Hoover was born on September 11, 1968, in Winchester, Tenn., to the late John Thurman Hoover and Beulah Faye Ray Hoover.  Mr. Hoover was a volunteer fireman and was employed by the Decherd Fire Dept. and Elora Fire Dept.  He was employed as a Small Engine Technician for many years.  Mr. Hoover was of the Baptist Faith.  He enjoyed horseback riding and fishing.  Mr. Hoover was an avid supporter of the NRA and believed in the 2nd amendment of the Constitution with all of his heart. He loved to laugh and make people laugh.  He was a loving and caring husband, brother, nephew and uncle.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Sheri Brazier, step-son, Dylan, Aunt and Uncle, Linda and Buck Partin.  He is survived by his wife, Jessica Bailey Hoover of Elora, Tenn., sisters; Kay (Coby) Partin of Winchester, Shirley (Jimmy) Davis of Decherd, 3-Aunts; Brenda (Roy) Sons of Winchester, Faye (Harvey) Brewer of Winchester, Wanda (William) Hester of Estill Springs, several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews, and his beloved pet, Addison Faith Hoover.

Visitation for Mr. Hoover will be held on Friday evening, October 12, 2018, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services.  Services are Scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Saturday, October 13, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services with Bro. Chris King, officiating.  Interment will follow in the Mr. Garner Cemetery in Decherd.
