BOBBY JOE HULSEY, age 54, of Manchester, Tenn., departed this life on Monday, January 2, 2017, following an extended illness. Mr. Hulsey was born in Manchester, Tenn. to the late Ralph Hubert Hulsey and Jewell Russell Hulsey. Mr. Hulsey was employed for over 20 years with the Coffee County Utilities Department as a Foreman. He last attended the Original Church of Christ in Manchester. He Loved fishing and was a member of the Coffee County Bass Club. He also enjoyed landscaping and listening to music. He was a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather.

In addition to his parents Mr. Hulsey was preceded in death by his brothers; Jerry and Billy Hulsey and sisters, Angie Hulsey and Brenda Bailey. He is survived by his wife, Beverly Kay Hulsey, daughter, Ginger Jacobs and husband, Chris all of Manchester. Grandchildren; Lia and Kylee Jacobs. Brother, Dwight Hulsey and sister, Joann Hulsey all of Tullahoma, also loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Visitation for Mr. Hulsey is scheduled for 12:00 Noon until service time at 2:30 P.M. on Thursday, January 5, 2017, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services with Bro. Randy Thomas, officiating. Interment will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Tullahoma.
