BOBBY CARDWELL, age 77, of Winchester, Tenn., departed this life on Friday, December 13, 2019, at STRHS Winchester.  Mr. Cardwell was born in Decherd, Tenn., to the late Robert and Lela Cardwell on August 2, 1942.  He is a member of the Winchester Church of Christ.  Mr. Cardwell was employed for over 20 years at Commercial Nursery. After leaving there he was employed as a custodian at Decherd Elementary School and retired from Robert E. Lee School in Tullahoma.  He enjoyed working in his vegetable garden.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Elaine Bragg Cardwell, sisters; Clara Ruby and Carry Dean Cardwell, brothers; Malcolm Ray and Roger Glenn Cardwell. He is survived by his brothers; Orvle Cardwell of Estill Springs, Kenneth Cardwell and Carl Von Cardwell of Tullahoma.  Special Friends, Andy (Diana) Groves of Decherd, Gail Woodall of Canton, GA & Billy Woodall of Decherd. A special thank you for the excellent care given by Michael and Tammy Jackson and family and Tina McGhee.

Visitation for Mr. Cardwell will be held from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. Sunday, December 15, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services.  Services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services with Bro. Joseph Horton, officiating.  Interment will follow in the Mt. Garner Cemetery in Decherd with Elders and Deacons serving as pallbearers.
