BOBBIE ELIZABETH REECE HOPKINS, age 91, of Cowan,, Tenn., departed this life on Monday, November 7, 2022, at her residence following an extended illness.  Ms. Hopkins was born in Winchester, Tenn., on March 22, 1931, to the late Willis Reece and Myrtis Estes Reece.  She was a member of Cowan First Baptist Church.  Ms. Hopkins was first employed for several years at the Franklin County Clerks office and worked there for two different County Clerks before leaving her position.  She was then employed and retired from Regions Bank as a Bank Teller.  Ms. Hopkins enjoyed people and was last employed as a caregiver at Franklin Manor in Winchester.  When she was younger her hobbies included bowling and playing golf.  She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Hopkins was preceded in death by her husband, Howard M. Hopkins, Jr. and her 8 siblings and a daughter-in-law, Vicky Goins Hopkins.  She is survived by her Son, Mike Hopkins and wife, Diane of Cowan, Tenn., Grandchildren; Kelly Gass and husband, Tracy, and Nick Hopkins all of Cowan. 6-Great-grandchildren and 1-Great-Great-grandchild.

A Graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 9, at Franklin Memorial Gardens with Bro. L.Z. Johnson, officiating.
