BILLYRAY NORMAN, age 52, of Tullahoma, Tenn., departed this life on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, unexpectedly at his residence.  Mr. Norman was born in Evergreen Park, Ill., on October 3, 1969.  He was employed as a carpenter for several years before becoming disabled.  Mr. Norman loved all sports.  He was an accomplished Disc Golf player in the Amatuer Division.  He enjoyed fishing as well.  Mr. Norman loved being around friends and his family and he never met a stranger.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Vivian McIntyre West and children; Memphis Rayne and Vaneva Noel.  He is survived by his wife, Sherri Miller Norman, son, Dillan Miller-Norman both of Tullahoma. 4-Nephews; Zach Miller of Savannah, Tenn., Phillip Russell, Patrick Russell and Richard Russell all of Estill Springs, 3-nieces; McKenzie Hunt of Manchester, Brittany Hunt of Shelbyville, and Katie Hunt of Estill Springs, Tenn. 2-great-nieces and 2-great-nephews.

A Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
