BILLY FRED KOGER, age 82, of Winchester, Tenn., departed this life on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at Elk River Health and Rehabilitation, Winchester, Tenn., following an extended illness.  Mr. Koger was born in Huntland, Tenn., to the late Clelton Koger and Christine Burks Clark.  Mr. Koger was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Estill Springs.  He loved the Lord, Christian Music and attending Church. He was employed at Wal-Mart in Winchester where he retired. On weekends he and his wife, Carol loved to go to yard sales or just shopping to find a bargain.  Most of all he loved spending time with his family.

Mr. Koger was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Boyd Clark and one sister Joan Clark.  He is survived by his wife, Carol Koger of Owensburg, Kentucky, Son, Clelton Scott ( Gina) Koger also of Owensburg, Kentucky, Daughter, Amanda Koger of Tullahoma, 4-grandchildren; Kristian, Kaleigh, Kameron, and Kayden Royal of Tullahoma, 1-great-grandson, Hakeem Royal.

It was Mr. Koger's wishes that he be cremated and no services are scheduled at this time.
