WILLIE FRANKLIN "BILL" MILLER, age 82, of Tullahoma, Tenn. departed this life on Thursday, March 12, 2020, at Alive Hospice of Murfreesboro.  Mr. Miller was born in Elora, Tenn., on February 22, 1938, to the late Willie Floyd Miller and Annie Belle Tant Miller.  He was a retired self-employed concrete finisher.  Mr. Miller loved working in his vegetable garden.  His hobbies were hunting and fishing and he enjoyed raising goats.  Mr. Miller was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Betty Miller, sons; Chris Miller and wife, Tracy, Jeff Miller all of Tullahoma, grandchildren; Jason Miller of Tullahoma, Tanya McCallie and husband, Craig of Chattanooga, Scott Miller and wife, April of Lewisburg, Philip Miller and Carson Miller both of Tullahoma. Great-grandchildren; Camille, Levi, and Spencer McCallie, Aleah and McKinley Miller and Kimber Jensyn Ross Miller.  Brother, Paul Miller of Tullahoma, sisters; Monie Bowen of Tullahoma, Marie Maxwell of Shelbyville, Rose Ellen Moorehead of Manchester, Linda Nelson of Tullahoma, Sara McCart of Wartrace and Ina Melton of Hillsboro and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be held from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Saturday, March 14, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services.  Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Sunday, March 15, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services with Eulogist, Ryan Miller, officiating.

Interment will follow in the New Center Grove Cemetery in Estill Springs.
