ANNA "PINKY" MIRIAM TUCK TANT, age 89, of Estill Springs, Tenn., departed this life on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at Vanderbilt Tullahoma-Harton Hospital following a brief illness.  Ms. Tant was born in Estill Springs, Tenn. on August 30, 1936, to the late Malcolm Edgar Tuck and Ella Mae Jones Tuck.  Ms. Tant was employed for many years at the former Tennessee Apparel Corp. in the Quality Control Dept.  She was a homemaker for most of her life.  Ms. Tant was a very devoted and faithful Christian that loved her Church, New Center Grove Church of Christ.  She had found pleasure in the last few years playing puzzles on her iPad in her spare time.  Most of all Ms. Tant will be well known for her warm heart and kindness she showed to others.  She will be greatly missed by all that knew her and loved her.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Tant was preceded in death by her husbands; Willard Mullinax, father of her children, Dann Crockett and Robert Tant, son, Rocky Mullinax, brothers; Linzie Tuck and Charles Tuck, sisters; Florence Hice, Katherine Luttrell and Betty Koon.

She is survived by her daughter, Shelia Lewis and husband, Brad of Estill Springs, son, Jim Mullinax of Hillsboro, Tenn. and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Services for Ms. Tant will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 30, in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services, LLC, Visitation for Ms. Tant will be held from 1:00 P.M. until service time on Saturday.

Interment will follow services at Bomar Cemetery in Bedford County, Tenn., where she will be laid to rest beside her late husband, Dann Crockett.  Serving as pallbearers are; James Hale, Kevin Conn, Bo Martin, Levi Mullinax, Steven Mullinax and Randall Hice.
