ANDREA "JANE" GOODPASTER, age 81, of Winchester, Tenn., formerly of Harvey, Ill., departed this life on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at Elk River Health and Rehabilitation Winchester following an extended illness.  Ms. Goodpaster was born in Illinois, on May 12, 1945, to the late Walter Jackson Goodpaster and Dorothy Alberta Portz Goodpaster.  She was a homemaker all of her adult life.  She loved to cook and bake for her family.  She enjoyed watching her favorite T.V. show, Law and Order.  She also would call family members daily to "check in with them and get "updates" on what they knew.  She definitely  had a "sweet tooth" and craved her favorite, a chocolate milkshake.   She was known for her "fiesty" personality.  She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Paul Allen Prince and daughter, Annette Marie Prince Stanepher.

She is survived by her granddaughters; Samantha Stanepher of Winchester, Tenn. and Tiffany Hope Stanepher of Kankakee, Ill., 4-great-grandchildren; David Stanepher of Kankakee, Ill., Mason Silva, Sophia Stanepher and Christian Guevara all of Winchester, Tenn.  A niece, Teri Steele of Estill Springs, Tenn. and a step-granddaughter, Melissa Wisniewski.

It was Ms. Goodpaster's wish that she be cremated.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held in Illinois at a later date.
