ALLEN LEE SHEALEY, age 56, of Decherd, Tenn., departed this life on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at the Waters of Winchester following an extended illness.  Allen was born on August 3, 1961, in Atlanta, Georgia to Arvil Walker and Dorothy Ray Epperson Shealey.  Mr. Shealey enjoyed fishing and camping on the creek.

Mr. Shealey was preceded in death by his father, Arvil Shealey, brother, Wayne Shealey and daughter, Misty Shealey.  Mr. Shealey is survived by his mother, Dorothy Shealey Clay and husband, David Clay of Hampton, Fla., daughters; Tonika Henson Phillips of Tullahoma, Tori Raines Thornton of Manchester, son, Jason Raines of Selmer, Tenn., brothers; Walker Shealey and wife, Susan of Ballground, Ga., Ben Shealey and wife, Angel of Hampton, Fla., sisters; Georgia Annette Thornton and husband, Alan of Jacksonville, Fla, Tina Phillips and husband Fred of Starke, Fla.  He has 8-grandchildren and 1-great-grandchild, ex-wife and friend, Paula Shealey of Winchester, several nephews, nieces and cousins.

It was Mr. Shealey's request that he be cremated.  A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
