Willis Walter "Walt" Farrar, age 83, of Tullahoma, TN, passed away at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville on Friday, April 16, 2010.  Mr. Farrar was an Electrician’s Assistant and was last employed at Baker’s Electric in Tullahoma before retiring.  He was of the Baptist faith.  He was an Army Veteran serving in WWII.  Mr. Farrar better known as “Walt” to his friends, was an avid guitar player and could be found on a lot of Saturday mornings at The Caboose in Lynchburg playing music with his friends. 

Mr. Farrar is survived by his Daughter, Rebecca (Donnie) Howard of Tullahoma.  Son, Raymond (Melissa) Farrar of Manchester.  Sister, Eva Rutledge of Petersburg, TN.  Grandchildren; Timothy and Brian (Pam) Howard, Brittany Liles and Brandon Farrar.  Three Great-Grandchildren.  Several nieces and nephews.

Services for Mr. Farrar are 2:00 P.M. Sunday in the Chapel of Grant Funeral Services with Dr. Kerry Smith and Bro. Paul Howard officiating.  Interment will follow in Blanton’s Chapel Cemetery in Manchester, TN with Military Honors.
