Send Condolence

William Ray “Billy” Wells, age 53 of Decherd, TN, passed away suddenly at his residence on Wednesday, May 19, 2010.  He was employed as a carpenter in the construction  business most of his life.  He was preceded in death by his parents; Charles Ray and Betty Morris Wells.  He is survived by his sisters; Linda Powers and husband, Don of Winchester and Julie Wells Poteat and husband Joshua of Tullahoma.  Brother, Charles Gregory Wells of Knoxville.  Ex-sister-in-law, Brenda Pendergraff Wells of Estill Springs, TN.  Several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.  Visitation with the family will be from 1:00-2:00 Friday evening at Grant Funeral Services Chapel.  Graveside services are scheduled for 2:30 P.M. Friday evening, immediately following visitation at Winchester Memorial Park with Pastor Thomas Crummer officiating.
