Send Condolence

Robert O. Franklin, age 38, of Cowan, passed away quietly and unexpectedly

at his residence on Saturday, Jan. 16, 2010.  Robert attended the University

of the South for over three years, after graduating from Motlow State Community

College with Honors.  He was a “die hard”  UT and Dallas Cowboy’s football fan. 

Robert was disabled.  He was preceded in death by his father, Dewey Leon Franklin,

Sr.  He is survived by his mother, Shawn Franklin.  Brothers; Dewey Franklin, Jr. and

wife, Sharon.  Thomas Franklin.  Sister, Dawn Bailey and husband, John all of

Cowan. Maternal Grandmother, Jacqueline Skillman of Englewood, TN.  Several

Aunts and Uncles and many, many friends.  It was Robert’s wish to be cremated.

Private family services will be held on Wednesday at Cowan Montgomery
